E4/Centralesplanaden, the main road through Örnsköldsvik. We have many parking areas and street parking
on many nearby streets. Paradisgaraget is right next to us on Lasarettgatan/E4:an with a total of 320 spaces.

Fact/History
The property was built in 1964 and was then a “Domus” shopping house, it was then
refurbished in the late 90´s and had then 16 shops until September 2005 when after
a major refurbishment and redesign it opened up as Oskargallerian and now includes
32 shops/cafés .
NRF have owned the property since July 2007 and it is managed by EFM.

It can happen at some point that during your visit with us, you lose something.
Always take your time before leaving, sit down and go through all your things. If
you find that you have lost something, please send us an e-mail as soon as you can

have lost your item.
Don’t forget to write your name, phone number and a good description of the item
you have lost. If we find your lost property, we will contact you.
